(Ahlul Bayt News Agency) - Glowing tributes were Saturday paid to Karbala Martyrs during a day-long program, the Youm-e-Hussain (AS), at Hyderiya Hall Dalgate in Srinagar.
The function, organized by Ahlibait (AS) Foundation, started with the recitation of Holy Quran by Moulana Sheikh Ghulam Rasool Noori.
Moulana Showkat Hussain Keng, who was the chief guest, delivered a lecture on the importance of the Ashoora. Keng urged the Muslim brethren to remain united.
Others who spoke include Moulana Agha Syed Mustaffa, Moulana Sheikh Ghulam Rasool Noori, Moulana Makbool Hussain, Moulana Hakeem Sajad, Moulana Sheikh Ghulam Hussain Najfi. Senior bureaucrat, Kifayat Hussain Rizvi was the anchor for the event.
